Safety and moderation
If you see harmful content, impersonation, harassment, spam, or illegal activity in RocketYoop, use the in-app report tools when possible. Reports give us the content and account context needed to review the issue.
For urgent safety concerns, email support and include "Safety" in the subject line. RocketYoop prioritizes safety reports involving threats, minors, illegal activity, harassment, and severe adult or violent content.
Privacy requests
For privacy questions, data requests, or account deletion help, email support@rocketyoop.com. You can also delete your account from inside the RocketYoop app.
