1. Agreement
By using RocketYoop, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use RocketYoop.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use RocketYoop. If you use RocketYoop on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
3. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and verification codes secure.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your email access under your control.
- If you believe your account is compromised, update your password and contact us promptly.
4. User content
You are responsible for the content you post, including text, images, GIFs, Live Photo video media, videos, comments, reposts, and profile information. You represent that you have the rights needed to post your content and that your content does not violate law or these terms.
You keep ownership of your original content. You grant RocketYoop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt for technical formatting, moderate, and otherwise use your content as needed to operate, improve, and protect RocketYoop.
5. Content downloads
RocketYoop may let authors control whether other users can download media inside the app. If a download option is available, you are still responsible for respecting the author's rights, privacy, and applicable law.
6. Prohibited behavior
- Do not post illegal content, severe adult content, violent threats, hateful content, harassment, impersonation, or content that exploits or harms minors.
- Do not spam, manipulate engagement, automate abuse, scrape the service, or interfere with RocketYoop's systems.
- Do not upload content unless you have the rights or permission needed to share it.
- Do not use RocketYoop to threaten, stalk, bully, shame, or target others.
7. Safety and enforcement
RocketYoop may remove content, limit distribution, restrict features, suspend accounts, or take other action when we believe content or behavior violates these terms, the Community Guidelines, law, or safety requirements. We may also review reports and account activity to protect users and the service.
8. Feedback
If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow RocketYoop to use them without obligation to compensate you.
9. Account deletion
You can delete your account from the app. Account deletion is permanent. See Account Deletion for details.
10. Changes and availability
RocketYoop may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Disclaimers and limits
RocketYoop is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, RocketYoop disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
